how to break in new transmission

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening guys and gals,
I want to know is there a proper way to break in a new tranny or the best method possible? I am receiving a new tranny through my dealer via warranty. and i am unsure how to break it in. all i know is that i shouldnt drive at just ONE speed on the highway or around town. I should vary the speed. i.e. highway alternate between 55-70. around town should i travel between 30-50 variating my speed depending upon speed limit... also when i'm in residential area's should i still do the philly slide's through the stop signs or come to a complete stop?

New tranny shouldn't need a "break in".

Don't bag on it too hard for the first few days (no powershifts ) and, if you are really ****, change the oil out after a week or so just to make sure there is no leftover loose **** floating around.

a manual transmission doesnt need any specific break in, however to make sure the syncros seat in id do some in town normal driving. this will help the syncro break in so it matches the cone of the gear perfectly. if you start power shifting right off the bat the syncros could slip on the gear causing gear clash. you dont have to do anything like varrying the rpm on the freeway, you dont have to be gentle on the throttle, just dont shift real fast.
