Need Input. Cars shifts like a old tractor.
First some background.
Trans was replaced about 30-40k miles ago(sep 09)
It was a junk yard trans with LSD and always made noise, whining most noticeable on deceleration, also noisy at idle with the clutch out in neutral (probably only noticeable due to solid mounts) but no excessive slop or play.
I also replaced the clutch with the GM upgrade from CED.
This combo netted some notchy shifting most notable at high RPM as well as low peddle clutch engagement, i trumped it up the GM updated TOB/Slave and clutch combo and no adjustability in the clutch peddle. By the time ZZP started selling the adjustable clutch rod i had stopped tracking the cobalt and just using it for my daily drive to work (due to money and concern of breaking my only means of transport. ) so i never bothered to order it.
Well all of sudden
Ive changed the trans fluied (synchromesh)
and don't think its the Master or slave (no leaks and bled system and i have consistent and firm peddle)
I'm leaning towards synchros are toast, what say you SS.net? broken roll pin? bent or broken shift forks? damaged Pressure plate or clutch disk? Input shaft binding?

- the car has become impossible to get into gear above 5krpm on the up shift. and sometimes just hard to get into gear at all.
- Sometimes hard to get into gear from a stop.
- The shifter sometimes sticks when trying to take it out of gear
- car seems to drive ok at low rpm but sometimes rev matching or letting the rpms drop to idle is needed to shift smoothly.
- whining seems to have stopped or at lest been muted lol
- intermittent light Rubbing/scraping noise noticed at idle with car in gear and clutch depressed, the noise is in relation to the spinning of the engine but at a much lower ratio(noise may be present while driving but cant be heard over the exhaust.

I thought GM had a bulletin about using synchromesh as a solution to bearing chatter ...maybe that was for the f23 ether way iv been running Royal purple 75w90 up until this point.
Thats what i thought too. But im got experiencing any of the other symptoms of that. From a stop if i put the car in gear with the clutch in the RPMS don't change and the car doesn't start to move, the push rod isn't bent and the clutch hydraulics all seem to be inline, not unless the MC is internally leaking

Yeah that's what I'm thinking , i still have my old trans , it just has a cracked cased that needs to be welded , so i may just overhaul it and throw it in once summer is over.

Now you may ask what caused this ...i had no idea until i tough back a few weeks ago.
I was rolling back out of the drive way with my foot on the clutch , as i got to the end of the drive way i popped the clutch alittle to keep the car moving ...well i never took the car out of 1st (distracted my wife lol) i didn't think of it because the car drove fine for a few days by then i forgotten about my little fuckup.
