A clutch will not come with a flywheel unless it's a twin disk or triple disk. In the 240 world, spec is not a good name at all. Everyone I know loves ACT.

Hehe...classy.
Centerforce dfx and exedy hyper SINGLE come with flywheels. Neither are multiple disks. ACT's clutch isn't out yet. Do you own this car?

it depends, they make ones that work with the factory flywheel but you should probably remachine it prior. they also make kits that only work with the spec/fidanza flywheel.

If you don't plan on going over 300-350 I'd say just get the exedy oem replacement, it's like 200 bucks rated to 350ish...if you want better performance/acceleration, probably exedy or centerforce setup (a tad cheaper).

TurboTech's got a good selection. I haven't seen a Spec yet, but I've talked to Exedy Hyper and Centerforce owners, neither had any complaints.
I was looking at http://www.turbotechracing.com/produ...idproduct=5150 myself, but I've heard mixed things about lightened flywheels.

spec + series clutches are good, lots of people love them. the spec stage 2 and 3 have had issues, the 2+ and 3+ is what to go with.

well eric it doesn't sound like you have plans on going with big power, go getting a exedy oem replacement would be good too. Or you could see how much a LNF clutch is they are rated higher and might be a little cheaper than the rest. a lighter flywheel just means quicker revs.

Huh?? and yeah it fits why wouldn't it, they didn't change the bolt pattern or anything.

Ok well either of the two i mentioned would work great for you. no reason to go overboard is there? Although if it were me i would do a spec plus lol

i would get the oem exedy. unless your planning to up your hp. i got the spec 3+ and their lightweight flywheel.... i dont think you need to spend 1200 on a clutch/flywheel. use your stocker with clutch.
