NLS for stock only???
NLS for stock only???
i started a thread inquiring bout how power and tq our stock clutches can handle, no feedback though. its a F 35 clutch, or is that the codename for both tranny and clutch. they say it's very strong, but all these clutch issues i'm reading bout.
i think once i make more power from mods i'll stop doing NLS , don't wanna put in a another freaking clutch

what model do you have??? the f35 is used on the ss/sc and ss turbo, however they have different clutches, the ss turbo having the better one, holds about 300hp. the ss/sc clutch holds that sort of power, but you gotta really be precise with what your doing, mostly have your foot off the clutch pedal before stomping it at those power levels.
well, the gm performance ss/sc clutch kit is rated for 300whp, its essentially a stock ss/tc clutch. also ss/tc's show clutch slip on dyno pulls over 300whp. thats all it really needs to hold as gm only rates the tranny for 260tq.
