Possible something loose in trans?

What's up guys, I made a thread about this before but I put a LSJ trans in my car, now when ever cruising, low rpms or even higher rpms, and I let off the gas, there's a jerk and a decently loud clank, like something is loose. I checked mounts and most bushings and didn't see anything bad from my view. I ordered a zzp trans mount to maybe see if that's what the issue was. You can feel it pretty good in the passanger side..

Now if it isn't something loose, what could it be? Anything internal in he trans?

Thank you for all your help!

meh my car does that. sometimes when i go from first to reverse i hear a small "TINK" noise from my drivers side as well. i think it's normal in these cars. if they are built to take punishment then they probably are built with more clearances due to stronger components.

Make sure your mounts are tight. When my ttr bushings went out, my car had that exact set of symptoms.

Cobalt daddy, I know for a fact its not normal.. It's too loud and Hersey to be normal, it's to the point where if I had to drive ast on a windy road I wouldn't be able to cause this thing is clanking and jerking. Im gonna see how it is with a zzp trans mount. I really hope it's not possible that it's something in the trans .

Did you check end links? You should also check the tie rod ends. Just push down on the end that goes into the knuckle. If it moves at all, it's not tightened down all the way.

I'm staring to think its a roller bearing in the trans or something.. I put the car on hack stands today, had my buddy engage an disengage the clutch in reverse you can see the trans and motor moving.. But can't tell why..

This is a little video of me moving my wheel back an forth is this clunk normal?
Sounds a lot louder in the video than it actually is.
Thanks guys.

It kinda seems like there's play in the gears or something, it's hard to explain.. I just hope it isn't something in the trans.. I'd be upset Lol. I mean it might be normal cause I know these trannies are noisy.. But I'm like 95% it's not normal.

Pull off your other tranny mount and check it. If one mount goes usually the other does as well.

The front trans mount that i changed wasn't even bad, I just figured id change it to see if it was the culprit. It's drivin me crazy I seriously am thinking its something internally.

I have nick from Byt taking a look at it tomorrow. Hopefully he finds something i didn't see!

That sound may be internal. I don't recal mine doing that when on jack stands and rotating the wheel.
