TC light + trans hard shifting

I've got an 06 Cobalt SS 2.4L. Bone stock. Anytime I give about 3/4 throttle, in N, for a split second or literally any time the TC light will come on and the car will shift hard until I turn the car off and restart. Anyone have any idea as to why this is?

first off, dont rev it in neutral, there is no reason to do that.

second, the tc light is coming on because there is a problem with something, and the transmission shifting hard tells me its something related. only thing related between the traction control system and transmission is the vehicle speed sensor. first step to diagnosing the vehicle is to have it scanned with a proper scan tool and not a code reader (code reader wont pick up abs codes) and go from there.

I'm not revving it up, I'm pushing the peddle down 3/4 for a split second the make the light come on, to see if that's indeed all it takes. The engine doesn't have time to get passed 2700rpms.
My scanner displays 4 codes that seem to be related to the ABS control module or something
C0110
C0116
C0561
C0899
I've never seen "C" codes before. I can't quite get a grasp on what exactly they all mean as google was been a bit vague. They all state the EBCM. So perhaps the module itself is toasting?
Thanks for the quick response.

c codes are chassis codes, more specific they are abs codes

c0110- pump motor circuit malfunction
c0116- pump motor relay circuit malfunction
c0561- configuration error
c0899- device 1 low voltage

id start looking for the diagnostic info for those, maybe someone here is able to look them up in a factory service manual, or consider a subscription to alldata diy.

Ignore c0561, its just a data error code that is set due to the other codes.

ABS system connector end views.pdf
c0110.pdf
c0116.pdf
c0899 diag.pdf
ebcm schematics.pdf

I would start with figuring out why the ebcm is losing power. could be bad ground, chaffed power wire, loose terminals.
