Like the title says.........

Any how to's for this with pics? I've had my Prothane's sitting in my trunk since Christmas and I need to get on the car eventually, lol.

IDK, but the install is pretty easy. I have done a couple set of them now.

it is EXTREMELY easy, use a big flat head and stick it all the way through on the edge (use one to pry it, then stick one allthe way through) pull up....stock one will pop out...

to get the new one in, lube it up with vasaline, then line it up and push one side down, then slowly inch your way around the circle, using the flat head to push the rubber in, once you have the full ring in. just pound it down with something or use the ground and jump on it.... thats all

I used a PVC coupler and my big ass vice to push the old ones out so they could be reinstalled when I want. The new ones I used a silicone lubricant so it would not hurt the material like petrolium will, and just pushed them together by hand. Did not even have to use a mallet or hammer at all.
