tranny failure with 500+hp big turbo cobalt..what can we do?

News for the story!

Long story again with that bad car but as for the trans, it ended very well

Me and John Powell spoke ALOT and John spoke alot with Jason Perotto

It ended with machining a homemade reinforcement pieces for the trans case and a completly fresh rebuild of my trans with the homemade parts of Jason, new gears parts from John and a new gearing ratio as well.

At this moment, the trans is going very well!
It's time to find the rest of other problems of this car. (other post)

If you want pictures of the parts, I will ask John if I can put it there of if he want to talk about it himself

Jason's case brace and 3rd gear reinforcement have been a game changer so it seems. It's also earned him a healthy backlog in building them. Glad you got one of them.
