well...with just the engine mount there is a SIGNIFICANT reduction in hop...and no, the bushings are much harder as they are press in...so you have to get the mounts out, get the old rubber out, and have the new ones pressed in at a shop (or if you have a big vice at home). However, the trans bushings do help a great deal and are worth it if you are going to be serious about hop reduction.

You should be able to go to just about any mechanic shop and they will do them for you, righ?

I installed mine today after it sat in a box for several months. Great product guys!!! Combined with my Prothane inserts for my transmission mounts, there is very little vibration compared to my old car with solid mounts. A+
