It pivots around the upper mount, you are only moving each mount a little bit, it is not like you are shifting the drivetrain inches. You will be fine, as others have this setup and it has already been tested.

What all do you need to buy to do the job right. I am going to be launching the car harder than I do now next year and dont want any breaking.

 

Many options, click on the Turbo Tech Racing Upper engine mount product link, and it will have a drop down upgrade box. You can select many other items to give you even more performance.

 

anyone can tell me how much the stock motor mount weight?

 

just order my TTR motor mount today, can't wait till i get it.

 

got my mounts in today, installation wasn't too bad. the car feel so much more direct, engine movement has been decrease. easier to burn some rubber, lol. vibe is not bad at all. its just kinda like a humming type vibration, nothing crazy or stupid. i approve this item.

I've done tranny/engine mounts from TTR on my supercharged sunfire. Vibes will lessen with age, but will always still be noticable. Nature of the beast.
