Also may I humbly suggest a section for NON industry standard dynos IE anything NOT run on a Dynojet or Mustang Dyno? Looking at some of those numbers I know where we begin to run out of turbo and I think those dynos are a bit "happy" hehehe

I would love to run mine on a dynojet. The dyno I ran on had my car at 236 wrtq stock while most dynojet numbers for a stock TC seem to be 250-260 wtrq. stock. That is a 10% difference. What matters to me is that I have 96 whp and 94 wtrq over stock. Dynos are tuning tools not precision measuring devices. I need to find a dynojet near me.

Your torque seems about right on, but ever other TC I've seen makes more TQ than HP (at least on a dynojet LOL) I think that dyno is a bit wierd, we need to get you on a Dynojet ASAP!!!!

I will keep it as it for now, just like the what gear you dyno'ed in topic. It would be nice to have but we do list the dyno that they pulled on so you all can get an idea of the flex in power or not.

My stock numbers were 242 whp and 236 wtrq stock. I dont think the dyno I ran on is very happy seeing as Matt M got 242 whp and 242 wtrq stock on a Mustang dyno. The other thing is that not all dynojets are the same. Some are load cell some are the standard models. I believe I would make more peak torque and about the same if not a few more HP on a dynojet. The dyno I ran on is loaded (we had it at 20% load for optimum tuning) like a mustang dyno. I believe that is why even stock I had absolutely no torque spike around 3500. ALL of the stock TC dynos I have seen except mine are making 250-260 wtrq at around 3500rpms. Mine peaked at 236 wrtq. at 4500rpms.

The reason my peak HP is so good is because my car still makes 300 wtrq at 6K rpms most other dyno sheets I have seen the torque drops off much more rapidly than mine.

See thats the wierd thing, the reason all the other ones drop off is because we are running out of turbo up there, just strange thats all I'd really like to see what it does on a dynojet for comparison

See the power drop off on the stock vs tuned graph? The car cannot breathe up there because of the restriction in the intake, chargepipes, and exhaust. There are really not many changes between my tune since I had it installed with all the stock parts. It moves a ton more air up high now, almost 38 lbs/min at 6400 rpms.

Same dyno not the same power drop off anymore. It holds 249 Kpa all the way to 6800 rpms currently.

I'm cresting 38lbs as well at the top on some runs, pressure drops off significantly but flow goes up (Assuming I'm just plain running out of turbo there) I need to see my log to see how much I've got up there but I dont think its anywhere near 240 LOL

Yeah I'm in the 220's up top how in the hell are you still getting that much pressure that high!? If you dont mind sharing your tune that would be great or at least the DAL I cranked mine up and didnt really see any change (hence my suspicion about being out of turbo)

If you are flowing 38lbs/min up top the pressure should not be dropping that much more flow equals more pressure or at least the same pressure. I believe the lowest it goes is 245 kpa right at the rev limit. IDK how I am holding boost so well.

No. Read the previous posts. He has Intercooler, Intake, Chargepipes, Catless DP, Catback and Tune. Not stock.

I know, I was kinda just joking, but looking at the top list it says "STOCK"...

Unless everyone runs on the same dyno, same conditions, same day...what does this accomplish?

It demonstrates power bands and gives people a general idea of what to expect from certain performance mods. This is not the bible so dont take it so seriously.
