I think we need to add a few things to the list:
compression ratio if raised
engine and tranny mounts as they add traction and get the 60' down
what stg cams are in instead of just "cams" maybe a number such as C2 for cams stage 2 or something
lightweight alternator pulley and crank pulley (they make a lightweight stock sized one as well as te underdrive)
and lsj injectors

The only numbers I remember are the SAE. corrected ones 338 whp and 330 wrtq. STD. corrected was approx 352 whp and 345 wtrq. The peak HP is way up around 6700 RPMs now and the torque gains up top are amazing. The power does not drop off at all really. It used to fall off real bad up high not anymore. It is over 300 wtrq from about 3K to 6K RPMs now. I made 242 whp and 236 wtrq SAE stock, 253 whp 247 wtrq STD Stock. 293 whp 316 wtrq SAE Tune only, 307 whp 330 wtrq STD. Tune only. All runs done on the the same dyno, same operator, same load. Dynocom dyno. I have my stock vs tune only sheets in my gallery, but still waiting for my tuner to email me my new sheets. Yes, I know my torque is kinda low but the smoothing is crazy on the graphs no peaks or valleys really. How many others have made just 236 wtrq SAE stock? Most others are 20 ft-lbs higher. I attribute that to the fact that the dyno is a loaded one and the drum takes more initial twist to start rotating. Either way you slice it the gains are tremendous. About 100 whp and 94 wtrq over stock

5.2 ms injection time max. Injection window appox 5ms so I am still ok there I think. I just cannot believe how well this thing flows up high now. 37.6 lbs/min airmass at 6700 rpms, and I am still on the stock intercooler. Tune only was appox 32lbs/min. Stock was 27.8 lbs/min or so.

that's definitely impressive. Wonder if you could eek out another 2lbs/min and come close to 40lbs/min if you ported the turbo.

If you wanted a bit more top end, you could clip the turbine wheel.

I need to get an LNF. Maybe when I get back from germany.

I am not sure but I dont not want to play guinea pig in this case too expensive if the stock turbo gets messed up. I wonder If just porting the exducer housing would help any. You should swap an LNF into your car.

How much air are you flowing? That will give you a more realistic idea on your true HP.

That can be easily skewed as well. I have logs saying i was doing 52lb/min at 6k rpms

I dont think it is. The numbers are fairly representative. The MAF error is only 2%. Stock it flowed approx 27 lbs./min which is enough to support approx 260-270 engine hp. Tuned it flowed 32 lbs/min. which is enough to support aprox. 310-320 engine hp. makes sense if you look at all my max flow numbers vs the hp I made at the wheels.
