DevilsOwn methanol injection 2.5 bar kit with a 10 GPH nozzle

My DevilsOwn methanol controller is broken. My catalytic converter is clogged. I'm not sure if my valve train had anything to do with it either. My one valvespring is ticking, could that possibly cause the valve to not open and close like it should? I used 91 Octane fuel because it's a DD. I'm going to fix the problems and/ or just part it out and turbocharge it.
I'm running similar mods to you except I'm on a 2.9" pulley. So far I've made 308whp and 285wtq with a 10gph nozzle but was getting knock in the tune. Thought I should be able to push it a little further. After some research I've found the 91 octane to be holding me back a bit. Most people in the states have 93 octane. So I ordered a 14gph nozzle to help compensate for it. Should be here any day now then I'll be out to retune. Something to keep in mind.

When I was on my M62 my friend uses a virtual dyno for his legacy gt because an awd dyno is nowhere close to us. Well he ran my hpt log and it was 2 whp and 3 wtq off what I made on and actual local dyno. So I would say they are fairly accurate. But there are lots of factors I'm sure that come into play.

Not taking sides at all but, DAMN! $250 for dyno runs up there? $90 is about average for around here. Maybe upto $150 at some "snooty" places.

like i said in another post, its not just for the runs. Theres only 2 AWD dyno's near me. Theres one about an hour away but i refuse to do buisness with them. The other is 4 1/2 hours away. So about $70 in gas there, $70 in gas to get home, $125 for the dyno and then lunch, its 250+ just to go on a dyno and do 3 pulls to show me numbers that VD will show me. Yea sure its cool to know what the numbers are on my car, but i dont get hung up on them. How the curve is on the dyno is more important and how the car performs on the track is
what i care about. VD already helped me with finding out my clutch was starting to go...

That's what happens when you run it without a tune for too long. It's my fault as to why it didn't make the power it should have made.

I've got solid mounts. I'm selling them. I just need to find my stock set first.

The braided flex warp is not due to running w/o a tune....

It just so happens those cheap type of flex joints do not handle forced induction cars very well.

Although, the warped flex will choke the exhaust flow off, and cause the car to run rich (happened to me with a Random Technology downpipe).

I refuse to run anything but a lined (interlocking) flex section on my car due to this.

I thought Hahn was a quality part. You sure pay a lot for the thing. If that flex pipe caused me to run richer then that would explain why the converter is junk too.

When you start running rich, you dump unburnt fuel into the converter.

Spun metal cats are notorious for melting due to an overly rich condition.

When I had the Random Tech downpipe (same as the hahn), the braided flex warped, choked off my exhaust, and caused my car to run super rich. My plugs were fouled out, and the cat slipped within its casing meaning it was over heated.

EXACTLY what happened to my car. So if I made the power I made with my problems. It should show people how much the downpipe can affect the car.

I'm saving for the ZZP S256ET turbo setup. Going catless this time around. Come time for when I have to do an emissions test I will have a custom made catted pipe.

Shooting for 400+Whp. Was going to sell the car but some people think their cars are worth more than gold.

I knew while trying to tune the car that the downpipe was trash but I didn't know that would cause it. Learned something new.
