TVS E85 Dyno

This is for all you people that live buy your "cooling mods" and "fat exhausts".

Budget build, stock exhaust manifold, gmpp 2.25" catback (smaller than stock), stock cooling. Cat delete.

TVS 2.7", ZZP BRFS, 80#, E85

Runs mid 12s @ 117 pulling 2.0-2.1 60's. Having hard time hooking up. Hoping for high 11s this season.

It has a 3" intake on it and the GMPP exhaust, though like he said, that's really just a different noise maker .

Header and ported head are the only other things I'm thinking about adding to it, but that costs $$$$$, so it's on the "not in the immediate future" wishlist.

Very nice man. I am very much liking the extremely smooth torque curve on the dyno graph.

You have pretty much my setup, except for I do have the "cooling mods" and "fat exhaust". Everything else is identical to what you listed except I have 79's instead of 80's. I plan to head to the dyno this month if I can. Hoping to see what, if anything, the cooling/exhaust gives me over this.

Very impressive numbers though. Great job!

Thanks to you good, sirah.

We were rushed on dyno, so I didn't put the other pulley on.

No, I had to swap to a Walbro, forget what model. Picked it up at Summit. Completely forgot I swapped the pump until now.

Found out the fun way that 05's have a weaker pump.

Im hoping to get to the dyno soon too. We have compairable mods. Nice numbers. More timing than I run though. Were you able to compare 28* of timing compared to something like 25*?

Nope, we were kind of rushed on the dyno. I barely got the log off.

I only run that much so I can run more down low, and still have a smooth powerband.

Ah I see. I finally got mine running 100%. Thanks for all the help you lended. Turned out I had a flop of a fuel pump. Replaced it with another 342 and all the problems went away. Im going to try to slap on the 2.6" today.
