Does anyone know of a company that makes a Double din 7" screen that I can put in my Cobalt so then I can just run all my music / video through my iphone? I figure why have a dvd player and dvd's if I can do just that , no need for XM or stereo since I can either stream my music or just play what I have saved anyway....

 

you could run one with a carputer but either way its gonna be expensive. your best bet would be to get a double din dvd with ipod support.

 

Most new nav/dvd steroes have built-in ipod integration to play music and movies on the screen. as well as apps like pandora built-in also.

 

Ok, if DVD / screen is best way to go, any brand do? I'm not interested in a sweet system that costs a grand just so I can watch videos in a lot or something ....
