after market radio install?
i searched and i found what all the wires were for a 2005 cobalt but would it be the same for a 2007 cobalt since they changed the wireharness? i also looked for a how to maybe i just missed it any help?

the 2007 has a different harness i do beleive. cuz it has the different radio that has the display under the gauges or something?? i have an 08 and used an 07 cobalt wire harness but couldnt use an 05.

2007's have a different system thus the need for the GMOS LAN 04.
In all honesty I have the GMOS and its not worth the $$
If you don't mind loosing the turn signal chime the warning chimes and the RAP
The problem is that an aftermarket deck uses RCA's and the GMOS adds RCA'a to the harness so they can plug into the aftermarket HU and run the stock amp
Just use the Metra 70-2202 and follow th instructions that come with it the wires should be labeled.
I say this cuz I think what your getting at is that your cutting your stock harness. If so don't do it guy, the 70-2202 is like $15-20 and well worth it

BTW-That chart at modedlife is for non Pioneer set ups
