AVIC D3 Help

I had to disconnect my battery a couple weeks back to work on some electrical stuff. Ever since then, my D3 reverted back to factory settings, one of them being on Mute whenever my dvd's or divx's are playing. I know this is a factory setting because it did the same thing when I first installed it, and the guy I took it to said he had to go into the system functions to turn it off. I don't what exactly he did, but does anyone know what I'm talking about??? It's no fun watching movies without dialogue, and I'm not about to watch any Charlie Chaplin movies either, lol. Any help is good help.

found out what it was. Apparently, my antenna was set to "tuner" when it should've been set to "power". Easy fix once I sat down and paid attention to what I was pressing, lol.
