Blower motor getting noisy?

Seems like all of our cars have this problem, as the car ages so does the blower motor.
The older it gets the more noise it makes.

here is a link to a new replacement blower motor

You can check out the replacement instructions here

I bought this kit to replace my ever so noisy blower motor back before I sold my car.

Hardest part was cutting out the old motor. Everything else is easy.
I broke like 3 safety blades.

Idk. It's just a chirp/cricket noise. Only does it on speed 1 and when I turn it off

I would spend the extra money to get this OEM one if you need a replacement. I bought the one on 1AAuto.com BEFORE I saw this (about a year ago) and it did fix the problem of the clicking, but was still kind of noisy in its operation. No where near as quiet as the OEM motor.

Have you guys with noisy A/C all changed cabin filters and cleaned out the housing? I find lots of crap in there on cars with noisy blowers, of all makes and models.

The blower motor is the least of a Cobalt's abnormal noises when it's cold outside. lol

Really that's the only noise I hear in my 04 Ion Redline, well and a whine but it's supposed to do that.
