I was hoping someone could help me out with this problem....

Seems whenever I tune the radio on or switch stations, my EQ settings reset to default values (50/50 Bass/Treble). But when I switch to CD, the settings are retained.. I couldn't find anything in the manual for this, any ideas??

 

Weird.. are you changing them when a CD is playing? try doing it when lsitening to the radio. Or you do that and it changes when ay swtich. if so i dont know call GM and complain :P

 

Man mine does this to.....drives me INSANE!!! It just happens at random. I was checking for any kind of service bulletin for this but i havent found one yet. i am going to take it in and get the radio swapped out.

 

Simple! Go to your preset stations, adj the bass & treble to where you want and re-save them each 1 at a time. It will remember the settings you put in then. Make sense??

yep thats how you do it, took me 4 months to figure it out
