so it is ok to just wire the remote wire right into the ignition fuse?

 

Yea just make sure you fuse it so No problem has a chance to occur

 

thats what i did ;-) it works AWESOME.... i like shutting ppl up cuz i think i have a fantastic sounding setup for what it is... its like 5 year old MTX stuff, 2 X 10" subs and a 150w PEAK amp... 75w per channel PEAK. It still shakes everything and i have it turned up 1/4 way on the gain dial. It was like 100 bucks off my friend and i have had it in 3 cars... i dont know if i will ever get rid of it.

 

Is that set up in the camaro or the cobalt?

 

hey since we are talking about audio stuff...what would recommend for the best after market dvd player for our cars that will fit well with GMs deck kit...I kinda want to stick with pioneer...but I just can't seem to find a lot of choices.

 

I'm not sure what pioneer has that will fit in that dash kit but I know Alpine has a DVD player that I put in double din kits.
