Have you guys seen the custom Cobalt enclosure that Bassforms is selling now? It doesn't take up much more trunk room than the stock sub, and holds 2 10's or 12's. Has anyone heard one of these enclosures yet??
I still have my JL Audio stealthbox that was installed in my C5 Corvette, and I was thinking of throwing it into the Cobalt trunk as-is with a Rockford-Fosgate mono amp to run it, but we use the car for trips, and I sometimes need all the room I can get in the trunk. These enclosures would certainly do the trick....and I could even paint it yellow to match the exterior

those are bad ass looking and don't take much room at all

 

for $75 bucks more you can get my one of a kind carbon fiber sub box for 2 10's. $475 shipped.

looks alot better and still allows for usage of most of the trunk.

 

i do like urs impluse but i am buying supercharger parts right now i might buy urs later i really want it but i got layed off and only a few thousand for supercharge project and cobalt bills lol

 

Impulse, that is one bad-assed sub enclosure. But.... my suitcases just fit now when we go on a trip. If I give up any significant space behind the seats, I'm afraid I'll be SOL trying to get my girlfriend's big assed luggage in there. That's what is stopping me from plopping my JL stealthbox in there now.

I can't believe no one has bought your box. Where the hell else are you gonna find a carbon fiber covered custom fitted box for THAT kind of price?? Maybe I could just never go on trips....or......go by myself......or.....buy a U-haul trailer......or..............Damn!!

Oh well....in my dreams..
