Fuse to tap for constant 12v?

I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for....
I want to connect an accessory and enable it to be on at all times unless I power it off.

I saw the info about tapping into a 2 wire harness, but it would just be easier just to use a fuse tap. Which fuse is best to tap for constant 12v?

You have 2 fuse panels in the car. One is on the passenger side at the very front of the center console. The other one is under the hood.

If you want it on all the time connect it directly to the battery terminal or the terminal under the hood and put in a fuse holder for the correct amp fuse.

I used an empty slot in the interior fuse panel to supply power to my gauges.

Slot 22 to I believe.

Thanks. Damn..... I was beginning to think nobody understood my question.
Is slot 22 constant all the time or just with ignition on?

Ignition on.

That's why I used it for my AFR gauge and interceptor.

Powers the gauges on and off with the key.

If it would ever stop snowing and being cold out I'd go figure out the fuse slots. I was hoping I could just ask on here and then go outside and plug it in, not fart around kneeling in the cold snow looking at the fuse box.

Would the windshield wiper fuse work for him?
You could also test the fuses yourself if you have a test light.

Cig lighter fuse is under the hood, so is the trunk release button fuse.

Yea, you're right. I misread the original post.

I second ECaulk's suggestion. I would just run the power source from the fuse post underneath the hood or from the battery in the trunk.

Finally found a thread to answer what I'm looking for. I didn't even know there was a another fuse box on the passenger side. So just for a refresher. For my glowshift wideband, for the constant 12v u can use the metal prong that sticks up from the fuse box under the hood that you use to jump start your car as a positive? And for the 12v switched I used the little metal tap a fuse thing and pick for an example the sunroof fuse? Then use the bolt on the driver side fuse box for the ground/black/negative?
