HELP! Blinker doesn't snap back to neutral
I have an 07 Cobalt LS, and after a lot of quick successive turning, my blinker stopped switching back into the neutral position. It doesnt click back after i signal a left or a right turn. Does anyone know how to fix this? if so is it an easy fix and how much would it cost me?

So the switch and latches that make it snap back are all one unit? There has to be some part on the steering wheel that hits a latch on the blinker to make it snap back.
Any idea of the cost?

all you need is a mid-deep 7mm socket and either a pick or small flat heat screw driver. super easy to do and terribly common. Gm released updated parts to increase reliability but haven't had anyone buy the parts yet bc you have to change a lot. I have a couple old style multifunction switches in my box right now at work I rebuilt actually.
I have yet to see one that has broken the part on the column than resets the switch, and I've probably changed 30-40 of them. the design columns we have were put in everything lol

What is it like 3 or 4 bolts pop that cover off around the steering wheel. Push the clips one on top the other on the bottom side, pull the lever and disconnect. Pretty simple
