how do u check sub

i had them sitting around for a few month in my basement and stuff bumped into them and was wonder if the still work. is there a way to check them without rewireing them to the car again

hook a battery (small probably 9v) up to it and see if the cone moves when you touch it to the terminals.

depending on if you hook it up right or backwards it will move out or in. Either way is fine

Yes, it should rip right off the spider and the excursion should make it pop and fly across the room.
