I think you can through the DIC.
You should check your owners manual.

i think if you hold the information and reset button at the same time while parked that is one of the options but im not 100% on that.

can I ask why? Is there a reason you would want the doors open when driving?

I installed a compustar remote start made for a manual trans, when i take the key out of the ignition the car stays running therefore it does not unlock the doors, i have to push the unlock button on the door to get out, then close the door and then the car shuts down and the alarm arms and locks the doors

then you installed your compustar improperly or have not set the options for it properly. FYI it states directly in the owners manual how to disable locking on vehicle movement over 5mph. If you are still unable to find it I will find the procedure as I disabled mine the day I picked the car up. I also have a compustar 2 way FM starter/alarm and have no issues with it locking the doors before exiting the vehicle.

The dealership can use the TECH2 to make the changes you want.

I guess i should clarify with you first. Are you looking for the cars factory controlled ignition doorlocks or the compustars? I have access to both....
