so to power on the deck i hook the red wire to the sunroof fuse on the fuse block or nah?

also just bought the kit off ebay

yeah that fuse will work, but there is a spare spot to give it its own fuse if you want

nice thanks...also it has a parking brake thing so i cant watch it as the car is moving.... how do i bypass this

id have to know which head unit it is to know how to bypass it. i know you will ground the parking and mute wires, but you might have to move the mute wire to a different pin on the harness.

what unit is it.

thats why im saying ill install it if you want

well that unit is going to be hard to find people who bypassed the parking brake. try just grounding the parking brake wire, if that doesnt work which i dont think it will, ground the mute wire too, if that doesnt work im not siure, ill keep researching

most units it doesnt just work like that though, he can try it maybe its one of them. like the AVIC-d3 which a lot of us have, you have to move the mute wire and ground the mute and parking brake wires

well you might be lucky, looks like its only a parking wire, liuke i said try and ground that firsat and hopefully it will work

black wire on harness, if that works your good to go, if not ill try and find out what else you need to do
