Odd electrical issue.

As of recently I've been having a problem where my my headlights will flicker on and off a couple of times in a second or two, and my radio will reset simultaneously. No other interior lights or the air conditioner turn off though, although I am assuming the tail lights probably flicker too, but I have no way of knowing. This just happened twice in a quarter of a mile drive to the gas station. Anyone else ever have a similar problem? I checked battery terminals and they were on tight.

Any help appreciated

Or if anyone else is familiar with how the headlights and the radio are connected that would also be beneficial.
