Looks interesting, but I'm sure with as much as it costs, I could go purchase a Tech 2 for a similar price.......and use S.I. at the house......

what a Tech 2...its the GM Scan tool...I use it for everything.....checking DTC's, relearning modules, pulling live data charts that show you each sensor, commanding modules and sensors on and off, Misfire Freeze frames, etc. Its the best Scan tool out there IMO....and thankfully its for GM vehicles....I use it for all diagnosis......If you use it to read the codes (provided there are some)...then use GM's S.I. (Service Info.) Program to pull up the code...it gives you possible causes, a diagnostic tree, and several corrections depending on what the cause was/ what you find out......even tells you what Kent Moore specialty tools to sue when diagnosing, lol...........I'm a GM Tech that's why I'm so fond of it...I couldn't imagine life before the Tech 2, lol.....anyways, it would just work better for me to have one at the house bc I can buy it with the CanDI Module and then log into GM's S.I. from the house for all diagnosis...plus, you can get Tech 2's off ebay and then get them updated at your dealer or if you have the log in access like I do, you can buy the power cord, etc. and update the Tech 2 from the house.....

I could reprogram a radio easy, but so can any other GM Tech...and there are ones on your side of the country; since I'm in NC
