I have the 7 speaker pioneer system. I know it is 2 ohm and i will lose some volume, but is it worth swapping out the stock speakers for a set of infinity 6x9 and jvc fronts, both speakers are mid to high end, and came from my old car, so it won't cost me anything.

 

i will agree that infinity makes solid speakers however check the other posts here about speaker installs with the pioneer system.......it can be very difficult or costly to replace those speakers with other ones so you may not want to

I know the rear deck lid is a pain, I don't care. What I want to know is, is it worth putting the speakers in, will I notice a clearer, or crisper sound? As I mentioned the speakers are just sitting around, so why not put them to use if they are going to sound better than stock.
