Speakers have no sound?? HELP please!

my highs and mids wont play, but my subs still play, now my interior speakers do have a separate amp, but the thing is that the rca for the sub amp first goes the the interior amp, then a new rca comes from the interior amp and connects to the sub amp. I know it sounds confusing, but if somebody could help me out i would highly appreciate it. Thanks

if the subs still play that almost elimintates the rcas. if they were broken the subs wouldn't play at all
