Stupid dealer lost USB port cover
So the stupid kids who changed my oil yesterday decided to plug in their iPod into my USB port and lost the little plastic cover. The dealer claims there never was one on there. Does anyone know where I can buy a new one? It's a little thing, but pisses me off that they lost it. Thanks!
Sorry, but there's no way to simply get a new one...
When I first got my car, I brought up the fact that it didn't have one like the other TC on the lot and they took note of it. About a week later I get this call... "Your radio came in..."
Apparently they can't just order another plug. It comes with the radio and in order to get the plug, they installed a whole new radio in my car.
No wonder GM faced going out of business at the time.

Was it a Chevy Dealership? If there is one thing I have learned working at a dealership is that if a paying customer is not 100% satisfied, that dealership will bend over backwards for you. You need to talk to the service manager and give him an ear full in front of other customers if possible
. Let him know that the reason you went to a dealership is because you wanted your property taken care of. You could have easily gone to some lube shop and got the same service and kept a better eye on your vehicle. Did you buy the car from that dealership? If so, that is more of a reason to complain. The dealership rather give you a plastic cover that might cost $5 than have a pissed off customer making a scene. If the service manager says he cant help you, ask for the General Manager or even better yet give GM a direct call. Hope this helps
