Subwoofer/Aftermarket HU

First off I'd like to express my frustration. This forum needs an app or to be put on Tapatalk for mobile phones, it would make it a hell of a lot easier. Now on to my question. I removed my factory Pioneer subwoofer today (4 bolts) just to check behind it and see if any aftermarket wiring had been done (just been trying to kinda see what all has been hacked into on the car) and all was well but I went to put it back on its 4 mounting studs and how in the hell are you supposed to get the bolts lined up with those studs? I put the bolt on the end of an extension and try to fish it to the stud and it falls of or doesn't ever get lined up. Is there a trick to this? Also I know this is 2 separate things but I bought a Pioneer AVIC-8000NEX with these three items: METRA 70-2103,METRA- 40GM10, METRA 95-3302. These part numbers are according to the Car Audio sticky write up about installing aftermarket radios etc in these cars. So my question is will all of this be plug and play or will they're be splicing involved? Sorry for the long post. Thanks

Figured out why the subwoofer bolts weren't going in... Probably had something to do with the fact that I didn't have all the studs through the holes or in other words I didn't have it lined up properly!!!! All it took for me to realize this was me getting in the trunk and laying down with a flashlight to see that the studs weren't sticking through LOL! You live and you learn... Haha! So that's solved! Can anyone comment on the new Pioneer 8000NEX and the harness' I mentioned I bought to install it and tell me if it will all be plug and play or if splicing will be involved?

Thanks,

Cameron
