Exclamation Sunroof stuck in open position

Hey all,

I put my 05' SS away for the winter and recently brought it back out. Tried to open the sunroof last week, no dice. Today I tried it again and it magically slid all the way open,no problems, no pops, squeaks, anything. Here we are 8 hours later and I cannot get the thing closed. When I pull out the switch I can see a tiny little spark inside the switch when is depressed so I know it's getting power. checked the fuse, its fine. At this point I would just like it closed as I dont really want to pay to fix it and I dont even need it to be honest. Does anyone know a way to either get it closed normally or even manually close or seal it? Any help would be great, we are supposed to get a wintry mix on Thursday and I would really like to have a solution by then

Thanks,
Jack

Unfortunately I ended up taking it to the Chevy dealer. Got it closed for $100 right before it rained, not too bad in all honesty. Blown motor but I figure I'll just leave it until I have the money/time to put a new one in myself!

Hahaha! Mine did the same and would be so annoying because if it rained it would be soaked! I stopped using mine until I also got it fixed lmfao
