i have a stock pioneer system. occasionally, as im driving my display goes absolutely nutz!

it will say a bunch of jibberish and numbers etc.....flashes a lot and the words and numbers go crazy. sometimes i cant change the radio station unless using the steering wheel control. and if i turn off and on my car everything goes back to normal.

has anyone had this problem?

what is going on? do i need a battery soon? or is there a way to reset the radio display when driving?

help! this has been really pissing me off. it happens every few weeks, sometimes more than once in the same day.

radio is probably broken

 

everything works like about 80-90% of the time silly guy. not broken but wtf could cause this. and can i reset the radio while driving?
