XM and Sirius merging

I got a letter in the mail from XM radio awhile ago, and figured it might be a bill and I might want to open it. Turns out it's a letter stating how they are merging with Sirius.

They state that no new equipment is needed, and all old equipment should work. They expect it to be complete in late 2007.
