Finally the agony is over...got my car!!
I actually take delivery of it this Saturday but I snapped these pics of the car before it was sent to PDI. I had a chance to drive it and man, what a difference those Recaro's make!!!
I'll post more pics once the car has been shined up!!!

Thanks guys. This is the way I see it. Yes the car is a little on the expensive side when you get it fully loaded and with Canadian sales taxes, this car is going to cost me just over $34,000 CAD. Not cheap by any stretch. However, I was talking to the salesmen we both came to this conclusion...this is Chevy's second fastest car in production right now (soon to come Trailblazer SS will kill it though) and is priced about 1/3 of what Chevy's fastest production car is (the Vette of course). So when all is said and done, it's not such a bad deal...I guess. Plus GM is offering 1.4% lease rates. But, seriously, no, I did not pay full MSRP on this car. I paid $1800 over invoice which came out to $29,823.00 CAD which is approx. $24,050 USD.

Awesome man, good to see you finally got 'er...(well you'll be picking it up today ), Arrival Blue is still one of my favourite colours on the SS/SC. As for the 500km, a few trips up and down the 401 at varying speeds should solve that problem, and being the long weekend you've got that extra day...enjoy !

Don't break it in to gently Ang, you'll be sorry. Give it some revs and don't be afraid to take it to redline, don't hammer the gas just roll on the gas easy. The car will thank you for it in the long run
