Some sad news but not to worry

Well looks like I'm the first to get my car into a fender bender

Sunday night as I was driving home I hit some gravel which spun me around and off the road. The Fog lamp on the driver's side got damaged. My Windshield washer resevior is cracked, a bit of flashing is gone from my Driver's side wheel well and I think My rear tire needs to be reseated on it's rim. The car drives fine (Though I'm on a Temporary Tire) And I don't see any other damage (other than mud and grass stuck to the bottom of my car. Well It goes into the shop tomorrow. I gotta be more careful with my baby

Ouch! The car's only worth 15-20K. I hope your insurance doesn't skyrocket.

Okay here we go..

The Estimate is done and the damage done comes to $2070.16. I have to pay my $500 dollar deductable. Things that were damaged on the car were the Grill and Fog Lamp housing in the air dam. a Piece of Shielding, Scratches on the Rocker panel, the Rear Driver's side door was slightly dented (I didn't see that) Both Wheels on the Driver's side are being replaced, The front wheel on the right front needs repaired, an Alignment, and... A new windshield washer resevior. Car should be done tuesday barring any delay in parts.

Well I fried the engine in my POS 94 Cav last night. $1200 to replace it and the car is worth $1300. So the car is going to be salvaged, and I'm doing the rental car for the next month, not bad just $500 for a month. It just figures that I finally get close to having my SS/sc built and the car craps on me, I just figured driving it for only 2-3 months and it's been 6 now . Oh well got the estimated delivery date today May 5 The only thing that sucks is I have my brother's wedding to go to and don't have the new SS for it. Maybe I can talk one of the Indianoplis boys into letting me barrow theirs for a day . Well at lease I can call Koni now and start scheduling the new suspension

Update,, They have most of the parts in. Minus a grill Piece and some flashing beneath the engine. So they are willing to let me take the car and just come back in to have these few minor pieces put on when they come in ... So hopefully friday.
