well all i have to say is company's most likely are working on kits because the aftermarket of the ion/cobalt will be huge and a great investment as this demand is very huge as of now!

Hi, The kit has not been CARB certified but will pass a smog test Regards John
Just had to ask them myself just to have their word. But they also said it doesn't have an EO#? I'm going to wait this one out

the automatic i thought had one problem when it came to using a 5 spped turbo kit... the engine is suppossed to be mounted ina slightly different location than the 5 speed thus messing up the charge piping locations. but if this works good for us 2.4 autos then im in, got the money in hand right now.

if you do get the kit, I would recommend dumping the piggyback and 5th injector setup.

Since you have HPTuners available, get that and 4 42lbs injectors and all you'll need is a tune for a good working setup.

Andrew,

As of right now there is not enough demand for us to cover the expense of CARB certification. If enough demand arises then we may look into it in the future.

Dave
Just got this by email. I must be the only Cali person that wants this. /cry

I'm sorry, i meant if I had $2500 just lying around to pay off most of it, I would jump in this kit, sorry for the confusion, the kit itself retails for $3495.

You might want to watch with your turbo kit because a cast iron crankshaft is only good to 10 lbs. of boost. After that you will most likely kill your motor unless you go forged.
