so like i have been since i have got this darn saturn, and watch this iat raise faster than my tach. I was siting around yesterday and thought about the lamnova side of the cooling system.
looking in the intake their is not alot of the lamnova sticking out of the intake. what if we could port the area around the cores? more surface area means more heat transfer right?

I was also thinking of a redesign of the cores. what if we could do something like this




their is a company down the street from me that does finned tube heat exchangers.
does anyone have an extra im and cores that i could bring down to them, and see if they think they can improve on it?

seems logical.
but i think that these would bend over easier.

 

i was surprised when i looked in the mani and their is like a 1/4 in of the core showing. also if we could use these we could run a better thermal conductive coolant.
