CAI? Exhaust?

I am new to the cobalt scene. I have an 06 SS/SC. I plan on going to Stage 2. I was wondering what exhaust diameter is recommended. Also, what CAI's are givin the most ponies?
Thanks

3'' on the exhaust. Injen, K&N, and AEM are the CAI's Id recommend. Also Hahn isnt too bad, but there have been some issues with "rusting on the bottom of the intake itself.

with it being supercharged I would go with the 2.5 inch exhaust. The 3 inch is great dont get me wrong but with a stage 2 you want to stay pretty mild. The 3 inch exhaust it good for turbos. With the 3 inch gains over the 2.5 are close to nil.

YES

Look dont get me wrong stg2 is great in the door performance increase, but your gonna want to get a 2.8 on there eventually and that require 60's, IMHO go look at the ottp or zzp stg kits and take your pick, grab a 3' zzp or ottp CAI and find yourself a good header/dp combo and slap on a 2.5 inch exhaust

POW 260whp!

2.5" if you are going with GM Stage 2. You will loose a lot of low end power with a 3" system, unless you are making the power to warrent one.

We are talking about a 2006 SS/SC not an SS/TC. There is no Hahn intake for the SS/SC.

vibrant is 3in. apparently the loudest best sounding exhaust for our cars...i love the way it sounds not raspy like other exhaust like megan or magnaflow

2.5" is good for a modified SS/SC as well. You really don't need a 3" exhaust on these cars until you are making serious numbers (ie. 300+ whp).
