Although.. they were mainly placed there for noise concerns..
IMO.. you'd be better off having no slots, but that would be very hard to do without destroying the housing diameter.
I do agree however, making some of the edges smoother and rounding corners will help.

I wouldnt try it... to weld aluminum you'd have to put so much heat into it, you most certainly would distort the highly toleranced bores. Especially welding in that area.

I have a friend that works at Manacharger and owns there dyno. I have another blower housing coming and I will see how much you pick up with just the inlet ported. And then do the out let and see the diff between the two.

Couple hundred k's....damn...what if I traded my brother in exchange for a port job?
$299 isn't bad....freakin their website isn't working for me. That's just a port job i'm assuming (bc 299 is cheap)...euthanasia, how much would you charge????
