a boost controller and only raise boost above what the spring is set.......you can't set a boost controller for a lower amount then the spring you have....

.7 bar spring is about 8 pounds.....so you can use a boost contoller to set it to 12. But you can't use one to set it to 6...make sense?

well, if it's marked 1 bar....then that's probably what you have. The only way to tell without putting it on a car and seeing where it opens.....is to open it up and see what color spring they have in there and ask them....but it's a pain to put back together haha

the orange part is not the spring.....thats the rubber piece around the part that raises and bleeds the air off when the wastegate opens. YOu can't see the spring with the wastegate assembled I don't think

"subscribed" means he can check the status of this post lol...to see where it goes

yeah i just got my wastegate actuator in the other day and fabricated a bracket to mount it to the turbo. Then i didn't have the bolts to mount it...so i made those too, and the brass fitting that the oil line is attached to i also made because i can't find a fitting that could be used (-3AN to 10M 1.25)
here is a pic of it
the bracket is made out of 304 stainless steel, the screws are made out of 4130 steel
