hooking up blow off vavle /waste gate/ manual boost controller

so i have been searching the net and have not found a good drawing of what i need and i was wondering if someone would have one. im doing a custom turbo build on my 2005 sc balt. im useing a turbosmart supersonic blowoff vavle and a turbonetics manual boost controller and a turbo smart ultra-gate 38 please help!!!! cheers

wastegate runs off of a vacuum line on the intake mani, so does the BOV, the boost controller goes on the vacuum line in between the intake mani and wastegate

you only use the bottom port. just put something on top of the top port making it face down(ex: silicone tube)

and if your turbo has a fitting for the vacuum line on the turbo itself, use that fitting instead of one on the intake mani

no problem, just make sure you keep that top port with that tube on so no water gets in. i have seen some wastegates fail due to that
