New Turbo Injector Problem

Hey guys,

I just installed my zzp stage 2 turbo kit and have been having some troubles. When i tried to crank the engine over it sounded like it was running on 1 cylinder... i checked spark and that was fine. then i took out the fuel rail and injectors. only one of them looked wet. I switched back to oem and it fired right up, leading me to believe that the injectors were bad.

Ive been talking to zzp and they pretty much told me that the injectors are fine and that its something else. I dont really know what else it could be. They sent me an email with this link...

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-4l...t-fire-233767/

i recently(last 10 min) tried the 39#'s but no luck. went back to stock and it ran.

i have no codes or anything so idk what to do. PLEASE HELP!

They referred you to my thread? damn. I still don't know why my girl decided to fire after 4 days of being a total bitch. I truly wish I could help, but I have no clue why these dumb kinds of issues arise.

I certainly know the frustration though.

Q: does it stay running with the oem injectors?

That is better than I managed, makes me wonder if your injector constant is fubar'd.

Still a bit miffed they sent you a link to my thread...they didn't help me worth a ****, was painful dealing with them.

No idea about the CASE relearn, keep plugging away and you'll get 'er done.

When you change injectors does it involve changing harnesses?

No, plug and play into existing harness.
