Just wanted to pass on, his port job is amazing. I plugged the silencer holes and painted in metallic black to match my car's theme. But the sound increase is awesome.

PSI dropped from 18psi to 17psi, which makes my blower back to decent efficiency with the 2.6 I run. My butt-dyno says there is a small increase in performance lol. IAT2 dropped from 148 down to 136 on a similar pull in similar weather. I'll take 12 degree drop anyday lol. The weather was actually a little warmer today than on saturday when I scanned the stock setup m62 w/ 2.6.

Oh I have no doubt in my man Junior. This is my second ported M62. There was a TVS in between lol. I'd still have the TVS if not for the economy and my wife's job taking a nose dive

If anyone is looking to buy a spare head to use as a core, I have one available with full (stock) valvetrain and cams I can let go for 500.

I could deliver it personally if thats the case. Though you'll still have to give me a "core charge" to sit on incase i never receive a head back. My core charge is 500, lol.

Ya Euthanasia ported my head over the winter...have to say its very damn good work. I have not one complaint, definately gonna send him a couple other projects I got laying around here.

You can definately feel a gain, but I wont know for sure til June 12 when we go to the dyno. Before going down the track I couldnt even chirp my tires in 3rd when shifting, now it spins almost all the way thru 3rd. So I had to buy some drag radials to fix that problem

I would say an easy 20-30hp, Im hoping to be in the 290's at least, I still have a few things to add before the dyno day tho!

 

ya im looking to get close to 300 if not over it, but i think its fun to try one thing at a time and see where it goes
