Why don't you just buy a Citation and give it 50 psi of NOS... They won't know what hit em!

I'd go with the Hahn intake and maybe even the whole Hahn turbo set up for the 2.2 cobalt. I think the T4 turbo would be a little big for the 2.0 engine also, might get slightly more power top end but there would be a lot of lag. I'd go with a T3/T4 hybrid, or the Hahn super 20G.

Gutting the blower sounds cool although I have never heard of it before. But I have really never heard of a cobra guy doing it ever. I know plenty of guys with cobras and a few with TT setups and they havent heard of it either. not calling BS just looking for more info thats all.

To the orginal poster...

Are you sure that's a T4 or a T3/T4. Those specs don't sound like the specs of a T40E.

If it is a real T4, they are out of your efficiency range and just plainly are too big for what you need. If you're not pushing 400+ HP, you don't need a T4.

As far as your wastegate, I would stick with something like a 38 MM instead of 40 MM and get a smaller PSI spring and use a boost controller to adjust higher. Aiming for 10 PSI and running 10 PSI all the time might not be in your interest, atleast with the boost controller, you have the option of going higher than your wastegate spring or just staying at the limit of your wastegate spring.

What size injectors are you going to use? What style or brand?

Make sure your friend (the one that's making the manifold) knows exactly what flange style turbo you're getting...whether it is a true T40E or a T3/T40E turbo...they do use 2 different style flanges (T4s have the split style flanges).

What brand FMU are you getting?

I think there is alot more you need to learn about before you jump into this and start buying parts. PLEASE read this...
