Not sure to understand where you're going with this but ( please correct me if im wrong ) in my country stage1 means gains over stock, stage2 means gains over satge1 over stock etc etc etc...

I'll give you an example...
A stage 1 might include everything you NEED for a proper turbo setup except it just has no type of intercooler and intercooler charge piping. A stage 2 would have it.
When you find out what your car needs to have a properly running system, you'll realize that stages mean nothing to your car and power but just a labeling system for manufacturers to market to the consumer.
