i know this has been covered somewhere and i have read threads but i really jsut need someone to tell me a straight answer...I have a 2010 2.2L ecotech cobalt. I have a m62 supercharger and the necessary parts to put it on. Do i have to worry about changing my pistons or rods or ANYTHIING inside my cars internals. If i can run my cars internals to a certain amount whats my MAX boos i will be able to run. Im only looking for like 220hp t the wheels

From what I've read, the first thing to go in our engines is the connecting rods (but those are rated to handle 250 hp). So you shouldn't have to change any internals if you're going to be on a fairly restricted tune
