Remember that is without ever being disengaged and engaged under power. I wouldn't expect it to hold that much at the track.

Nothing is clipped in half. The dyno is configured to record from one MPH to another and that is the data it displays after a run. For low RPM numbers look here- http://www.zzperformance.com/miscftp/ZZP-Cobalt-386.jpg
That chart shows the base turbo, small IC dyno pull at 25 psi on 93 octane. The upgraded turbo, larger IC, 110 octane, and more timing made 440 whp at the same boost.

the people who have great stock clutches are the ones intelligent enough to realise that you DONT engage your clutch under excessive power.

I rest my case.

stock head bolts won't hold the cylinder pressures/contain 30 psi

for a pull or two maybe, but nothing extended... ****'s just gonna pop. my car already took 3 30 psi hits already when the boost controller line broke.

I'll look for the other dynos. Thanks again.

Just for clarification the IAT2 is post liquid to air intercooler temps...IAT 1 is in the maf stock.

The newer chart is from 5000rpm onward...were just interested in seeing the low end response on this turbo...myself especially as I have a near identical turbo to your big hp one on my car. I like to see from 2500 to redline.

This is the twin charged kit, it will be nothing like you running this turbo on your car. There is no low end spool or 'turbo power curve'. It's smooth and steady from down low to redline, just like the graph posted above. Your car running this turbo non-twin charged compared to our car with twin charging is going to look like this: http://www.zzperformance.com/miscftp/ZZP-vs-H-Dyno.jpg

The blower only serves to spool the turbo and provide some instant response. Within 1-2 seconds the blower is disengaged. The TVS wouldn't help anything really. If we wanted a faster spool than it currently is, we could just run a pulley smaller than the stock one.

I'm going to assume that showing the lower end of the graph would kind of give away the secret to how this kit is a success and how they are working the transition between compressors.

Although it's not hard to figure out how they did it, it's still their secret....

It's not really a secret what we're doing and we are not hiding any aspect of the dyno chart. Depending on how you adjust the boost controller for the M62, you can make the power spike up and then fall and go back up again or spool slow like a turbo only car or be a smooth climb from 2k to 7k. No magic, just adjustments.

I can understand that I just wanted to see the lower end for comparisons sake. Tho I dont believe it will be completely like that chart...especially up top.
