well since garrett is no longer sellin kits for the 2.2s your best best is look into ZZPs kit or piece together your own or find a kit someone in the classifieds is selling
Unless your car has some sentimental value, or you are looking to ambush somebody, why not search for either a used SS/TC (probably hard to find) or bite the bullet and get a new one from a dealer willing to deal. You'll get the upgraded suspension with 18 inch wheels, a nicer interior with a sun roof and if you are lucky even a limited slip differential. It will probably be a lot more drivable in the real world also. Whenever you add a lot more go-fast parts, you usually take away some drivability and reliability. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. By the time you get finished paying for the upgrades piece meal, I'm sure you will have spent a lot more than the $24,000 (I basically stole mine through cash for clunkers) it costs for a brand new vehicle. Now if you are building a drag race machine, I'll shut my mouth and you can go for it.
i have to agree with the post above. i would try finding a used ss first and going from there. in all honesty you would end up paying more to mod your car and make it reliable and powerful rather then just buying an ss and throwing some bolt ons and a tune.
Im both ways on this. Yes it would be cool if you turbo the xfe because not everybody does it and would be unexpected by people but you can end up spending a whole lot to make it run as good as an ss/tc. Either way it will be good ****
